When you’d rather sleep than live your life
You’re probably depressed
Get breakfast, get a shower,
brush your teeth and go get dressed
Take a walk and smell some flowers
Try to focus on your breath.

And if you have anxiety
You probably don’t need caffeine
Drink some of herbal tea instead.

It’s hard for me to notice when I’m falling in a funk. Or maybe it’s just hard to admit. I don’t know. Hindsight is always 20/20, though.

Looking back on it, the signs are obvious. Things are better now. I won’t let it happen again. How can I, after finally acknowledging it, and identifying the signs?

It’s good to eat well, stay clean, and exercise. It’s not a cure for feeling down. But it helps.🙂
